charming, charming, charming
I was welcomed with delightful homemade cakes and tea, instantly putting me in a relaxed mood. The breakfast options were extraordinary, especially the locally sourced smoked salmon that added a special touch to my morning. I also loved the personalized advice John provided about local walking routes, which significantly enhanced my exploration of the stunning coast paths.

The breakfast menu is a standout here, featuring plenty of options that are delicious and made with local produce. The guest rooms are comfortable and clean, providing lovely views that enhance the experience of staying here.
Parking is a hassle. There's only enough space for three cars, meaning you'll often need to leave your keys with the owner for rearrangements. The stairs leading to the upper floors are quite steep, which could pose difficulties for those with mobility issues.

The parking situation needs revamping to avoid crammed spaces!!! An upgrade to the soundproofing in the rooms would enhance comfort!!! Consider clarifying policies for guest parking to prevent misunderstandings!!!

the breakfast was amazin with lots of local goodies, including yummy smoked salmon. john and penny are super friendly and made us feel at home right away. my room was light and had a fab view, comfortable bed too! even got nice lil touches like tea and biscuits in the room. A clean en-suite. really liked the warm vibe and cozy spaces to chill after a long day.
parking is a hassle with only a few spots available, and the stairs are pretty steep.

I loved how cozy the room was, with fresh towels and tasty biscuits waiting for me. The peaceful garden was perfect for morning coffee, and the inviting living room offered a great spot to unwind after exploring. The only thing to note was a bit of noise from a fan occasionally, but it didn't ruin my overall vibe! 😊

The limited parking situation creates unnecessary stress, as only three cars can fit, forcing guests to leave keys for rearranging. An unsettling incident occurred when my vehicle was moved and damaged by the owner, who reacted defensively when questioned. Afterward, there was a marked change in the owner's demeanor, oscillating between polite and confrontational, which made us uncomfortable. While the local seafood was fresh and enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by the hostility we faced during our stay.
